Michael is almost completely potty trained. He still will have an occasional accident but he has been doing great. We are still not pooping on the potty but I hear that takes longer. Michael wears boxer briefs just like his dad. They are seriously the cutest things I have ever seen. Michael really has progressed in talking over the past two weeks. It is funny how you just see them change in an instant. Last weekend we went to a friends birthday party where they had one of those huge blow up slides. I asked Michael if he wanted to go down it and he was scared at first. He finally went down it with me and then he was like Michael do it by himself. So we said ok and he went down the slide at least twenty times by himself. We were so proud of him he had so much fun. I have stopped doing naps for Michael because he is staying up way too late. I don't have it completely figured out but we are getting better.
Mia is doing good. She WAS sleeping through the night and then she got sick and has been once again waking up twice a night. We decided this week we need to let her cry it out so we moved Michael in our room until she sleeps through the night. It has been really hard she is so dramatic that you think she might be dying in her room. I hate it I wish she would just sleep through the night. She is actually pretty dramatic all together. I am hoping this is just a phase. Michael was definitely my easy child. Mia is walking all the time now. She never crawls. Her birthday party was a lot of fun. It was crazy hot out but we all survived. here are a couple of pictures from her birthday and some of when we went to the park the other day just to hang out. Hopefully I will be blogging more.
